Cancellation Policy

RESERVING YOUR DATE Event Decorating, Balloon Garlands & Event Styling • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. • Your date is not secured until the retainer has been received. ​ Equipment Rentals • Full payment is required at the time of booking. • Rental equipment will not be reserved without payment. ​ FINAL PAYMENT • The remaining balance for decorating services is due 1 day prior to the event date. • If final payment is not received by the due date, Fox Valley Event Co. reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the retainer. ​ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING More than 30 days before the event: • Payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be refunded or transferred to a future event date. 30 days or less before the event: • Payments may be applied as a credit toward a future event date within 12 months, subject to availability. 7 days or less before the event: • No refunds will be issued due to materials, supplies, and scheduling commitments already made. ​ EQUIPMENT RENTALS • Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. • Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively dirty equipment. • Additional charges may apply for repairs, replacement, or excessive cleaning. ​ WEATHER POLICY • Outdoor events may be rescheduled due to severe weather when possible and subject to availability. • Fox Valley Event Co. is not responsible for weather-related conditions beyond our control. ​ PHOTO RELEASE • Fox Valley Event Co. may photograph completed setups for portfolio, website, and social media use unless otherwise requested in writing.
